Flotillo is a product of PGP Construction Services LLC ("we," "us," "our"). This policy explains what information we collect through flotillo.com and the Flotillo application (the "Service"), how we use it, and your choices.
Flotillo is currently in early access. We will update this policy as the Service grows and will post the new date above.
Information we collect
Information you give us
- Early-access requests and contact forms: your name, email address, company, role, and anything else you choose to include.
- Account information: if you are given access, the details needed to sign you in (such as your name and work email).
- Project data: schedule files you upload (for example P6 XER or Excel files), updates you enter, questions you ask, and reports you generate.
Information collected automatically
- Usage and device data: pages visited, clicks, scrolling, browser type, device type, approximate location (from IP address), and referring site.
- Cookies and similar technologies: we use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site, including session recordings and heatmaps. Clarity masks sensitive input fields by default. See the Microsoft Privacy Statement for how Microsoft handles this data.
How we use information
- To respond to early-access requests and contact you about the Service
- To provide, operate, and improve the Service, including calculating schedules, running what-if analysis, answering questions, and generating reports
- To understand how the site and Service are used so we can improve them
- To keep the Service secure and prevent misuse
- To comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your project data to advertise to you.
Your project data
- Your original P6 files are never modified. Flotillo reads uploaded files and stores structured copies of the data in our cloud environment.
- Project data is used only to provide the Service to you and your organization.
- Some features use AI. To answer questions or draft reports, relevant project data is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) for processing. Under our provider's commercial terms, this data is not used to train their models.
Who we share information with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the Service, under agreements that limit their use of it:
- Microsoft – cloud hosting, storage, sign-in, email, and site analytics (Clarity)
- Anthropic – AI processing for questions, analysis, and reports
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or users' safety, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (in which case we will notify you).
Data retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Service or as required by law. You can ask us to delete your account or project data at any time, and we will do so unless we are legally required to keep it.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including:
- Separation by customer: each customer's project data is kept separate, and one organization cannot access another's projects.
- Work-account sign-in: users sign in with their organization's Microsoft account.
- Role-based access: users only see and change what their assigned role allows.
- Encryption: data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
- Audit trail: schedule changes made in Flotillo are logged.
Your data is stored in the United States. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
- You can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing us.
- You can opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some site features may not work properly without them.
- Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law. We will honor valid requests.
Children
The Service is intended for business use and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify users by email or through the Service.
